Returns

We ask that customers inform us by email within 7 days of receipt if they wish to return an item.
If you return the product in its original condition including tags and packaging, we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product, or provide you with a same cost alternative if required. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.Please write a note with the reason for return and enclose it with your parcel. You can return your order in its original condition, to the address below, within 10 days of the date on which you received it. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use an Australia Post Express bag and keep your bar code.

Parcels returned by post office

If for any reason your order is sent back to our offices by Australia Post, for example you gave us an incorrect address or failed to collect your parcel, you will have to pay for the return of your parcel.
